“I describe what I have in the fridge by voice, Smaki gives me three different dinners. The pantry tracker means I actually use what I buy now.”
“The calorie and macro card on every recipe is exactly what I was missing in other apps. I don't have to copy the recipe somewhere else to count it.”
“Step-by-step mode with timers turned my Sunday batch cooking from chaos into a relaxing routine. The photos for each step are a small touch that helps a lot.”
“Honestly the first cooking app where I actually use the shopping list. It just works — tap on a missing ingredient and it's there next time I'm at the store.”
“I'm a terrible cook and Smaki has gently held my hand through about a hundred dinners now. The AI feels like a friend who happens to have a chef brain.”
“Voice input while my hands are messy is the killer feature. Ask while chopping, get the next step read out, repeat. Genius.”
“Tracking what's in the fridge sounds boring on paper, but once you start the app suggests recipes around it and the lightbulb moment is real.”
“My partner and I share a shopping list across devices and it's been a small but daily quality-of-life upgrade. Smaki is the kitchen brain we didn't know we needed.”
“Beautiful, calm interface. Doesn't feel like a productivity tool, doesn't feel like a recipe blog. Sits somewhere right in between, which is exactly where I wanted it.”
“Used the AI to plan a dinner party for eight in five minutes. Recipe, shopping list, prep order — done. Saved me at least an hour of search-engine grief.”
