These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Smaki mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Smaki provides tools for recipe creation, shopping lists, inventory, and food planning. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Smaki. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. User Content

You are responsible for any recipes, lists, or other content you create in the App.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

3.1 Subscriptions

Some features are available only with an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed in your Apple ID settings. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

3.2 Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)

The App offers one-time consumable credit packs that unlock additional AI recipe generations. Credit packs are processed by Apple and, in accordance with Apple's standard terms, are non-refundable once delivered and consumed. If you believe a purchase was made in error, please request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App may generate recipes or suggestions based on your input.

We do not guarantee that any generated content will be accurate, safe, or suitable for your needs. Always review recipes carefully before cooking.

If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions, do not rely on Smaki's AI-generated recipes without independently verifying ingredients and nutritional values. AI-generated nutrition figures are estimates and should not be used as a substitute for medical, nutritional, or dietary advice from a qualified professional.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smaki is not liable for:

• any errors or inaccuracies in recipes
• any damages arising from use of the App
• any food safety or allergy issues
• any reliance on AI-generated calorie or nutrition information

Use the App at your own risk.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
